SECTION 27- CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is accepted via PayPal and Stripe. If not paying in total, a 50% deposit is required to hold time. Once an appointment is booked, it will not be refunded if you decide to cancel, only rescheduling is allowed. Cancellations must be made 5 hours in advance via e-mail: info@lavenderroseapothecary.com or via a reminder link.
