My journey here has been anything but linear. Like many, I’ve carried trauma, anger, low self-worth, and fear… but beneath all that, I always had a kind heart, a strong sense of fairness, and a deep urge to be of service.

My healing path began early—my first spiritual encounter was at the age of three or four, when I saw a woman in a blue mantle walking in the sunlight. I’ve had spiritual experiences throughout my life, but it wasn’t until January 2020, at a Goddess Circle led by Mayzara Chavarria, that I truly began taking my healing and spiritual path seriously.

Since then, I’ve explored many layers of healing: from formal talk therapy to inner child work, from psychic development to breathwork, journaling, and meditation. I became a Reiki Master—a path that felt surprisingly familiar, as I had been intuitively practicing Reiki long before I even knew what it was. I studied herbalism and earned a certification as a life coach, weaving together ancient wisdom and modern tools to support others on their journey.

In 2020, I co-founded a chakra-based tea business that deepened my love for herbal medicine and energetic healing. Though the business eventually closed, it played a meaningful role in shaping the foundation of Lavender Rose Apothecary.

I’ve come to believe that we are all both teachers and students—constantly evolving. Healing isn’t linear. It’s layered, cyclical, and at times, messy. We revisit parts of ourselves again and again, each time with new understanding. And sometimes, not healing is part of the healing. Resting. Laughing. Simply being.

Lavender Rose Apothecary is infused with that belief: that healing isn’t about perfection, it’s about connection. I created this space for those who feel called to begin again—for those who want more peace, more joy, more alignment, but aren’t sure where to start.
